The entire property is included in the sale. This comprises of the owners villa, the vacation villa with pool, garage, storage room, olive grove, fruit and vegetable garden and surrounding land totalling 10,000 sq.m.
Yes, the vacation villa is successfully rented every year via several online holiday property websites. Many visitors have enjoyed staying at The Olive Grove and many customers return year after year.
This is down to what you want to charge for the property. The villa currently provides the owner with a substantial income and it is only rented for part of the year. This rental season could be extended or adapted as you, the new owner, wishes. Talk to the current owner for more details about the possibilities with this property.
The property is very secure and safe, surrounded by a boundary fence and complete with driveway and electric gates. Rhodes Island is a very safe island with practically no crime and in the villas are located in a private area on a non-through road.
Absolutely. This is a wonderful pastime that can give the owner tremendous satisfaction. You can produce your own olives and olive oil and even present them to your villa guests as an extra special treat. Local people are always happy to help you with your olives and give you any advice or help as needed.
That is entirely up to you. You could use both villas for residential purposes or whatever you wish. At the moment the current owner lives alone so the second villa is used as a tourist property to provide income.
Rhodes is a sunny island and it is common here to have solar water heaters on the roof. The water is heated by the power of the sun and this will provide free hot water for around 9 months of the year, saving you a small fortune.
Both the owners villa and the vacation villa are served by a good landline internet connection. Rhodes island also has excellent 4G mobile and most cafe’s, bars and hotels on the island offer free wifi.
One of the wonderful things about Rhodes is that virtually anything grows. This could give you the opportunity to be almost self sufficient. The current owner grows fruits, vegetables, peppers, and much more. The choice is yours. In addition there is a well and complete pump-operated watering system to provide water to your gardens.

How do you handle property maintenance?
The entire property is immaculate and easily maintained by the current owner. In fact, taking care of the property can be an enjoyable hobby and there are many possibilities around the property and surrounding land.
How can I view the property in person?
Simply contact the current owner using the menu at thee top of the page and make your arrangements to view the property in person. The owner can give you advice on travelling to Rhodes if you intend to come from another country.
Can I buy the property from another country?
Yes, of course. The property is available for anyone to buy. If you do not live in Greece and you are also outside the EU, buying a property in Greece can offer several advantages, such as residency rights in Greece. Speak to the owner for more details.
